The KAIROS Blanket Exercise is a powerful, Indigenous-led learning experience that helps participants deepen their understanding of the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous Peoples.
Through an interactive workshop, participants explore key moments in history—including pre-contact, treaty-making, colonization and Indigenous resistance—while reflecting on reconciliation and our shared future.
Available in person and virtually, the exercise can be accessed by communities, organizations, schools, faith groups and workplaces across Canada. Every exercise is led by certified facilitators trained by Indigenous Instructors, helping the experience honour Indigenous knowledge, traditions and perspectives.
